This Photoshop training course allows you to get to grips with the powerful Adobe Photoshop
software.
Photoshop is the current market leader for commercial image manipulation and creation and is
considered the industry standard in most jobs related to the use of visual elements.
Course Description
In this course you will learn to use retouching and selecting tools, layers, effects, filters and create
multi-image montages. You will also get a good understanding of file sizes, file types and also change
and correct colour balances and contrast.
Who is the course designed for?
Anyone who wants to be able to use Photoshop for creating images for print, web and presentation
output and has a very limited or no knowledge of Photoshop.
What if I have questions after the course?
We offer a free 6 months email support service.
Do I get notes?
You will be given a free book at the end of the course. We use the Quickstart books as they are easy
to read and find answers in without having to read a whole chapter.
Can I use Photoshop Elements?
Photoshop Elements is very different to CS3 so we would recommend you come on an Elements
course.
Pre-Requisites
Before starting the course, you should have a basic understanding of your computer's operating
system. For example, you should know how to launch an application, save files and do simple
navigation between programs.
Will I be trained on a PC or Mac?
We have both PC and Mac and you can choose whichever you prefer.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Paint and retouch images
