Adobe Illustrator is a vector-based graphics program that allows users to create professional quality
print and web designs. In this Illustrator course, you will learn skills that allow you to take advantage of
Illustrator's powerful tools to create illustrations and type effects and line-drawing.
Course Description
This course will enable you to create complex artwork, setup preset brushes, patterns and symbols
increasing your productivity.

This course is designed for anyone who wishes to be taken beyond the basics of Illustrator in order to
enhance artwork quality and complexity.

Pre-Requisites
Before starting the course, you should have a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or have
completed the Introduction to Illustrator course.
Will I be trained on a PC or Mac?
We have both PC and Mac and you can choose whichever you prefer.
On Completion
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:
• Have an excellent knowledge of and ability to use Bézier curves.
• Understand and use compound paths for advanced logo work
• Create custom brushes and various graphic styles
• Work with transparency modes and other raster effects
• Work accurately with artwork
• Work with Photoshop to produce Illustrator Smart Objects
• Use and understand the various masking techniques available in Illustrator
• Draw simple technical drawing, in 2D and 3D
